The 4-Way Roof Anchor by Tie Down Engineering provides an anchor plate that offers a fall protection anchor point for one worker in fall arrest or two workers in fall restraint. The multidirectional 4-Way Roof Anchor resulted from collaboration between roofing contractors who require the ability to move in multiple directions while using a single tie-off point. The four connection points increase the worker’s range of motion, allowing the worker to detach from one connection point to the next. This anchor plate works for both fall arrest and fall restraint. This product’s design makes it compatible with metal, wood, and concrete applications. A horizontal lifeline system works due to the 90° angles between each anchor point on the anchor plate. The TranzSporter Telescopic Support Brace by Tie Down is an accessory part for the TranzSporter ladder hoist. The Support Brace helps hold the track in place and stabilizes the system. This support component bolts directly onto the track and helps ensure a safe application lifting between 250 lbs. and 400 lbs. of material to the roof. The TranzSporter ladder hoist helps workers move shingles to the rooftop while eliminating the risks of doing it by hand or on the back. The hoist and track section assemble easily. The foot pedal and handle brake controls allow for easy and straightforward use while keeping workers safe with the safety mechanisms preventing falls. An optional 4’ or 8’ track extension can be added to the ladder hoist, allowing a maximum height of 44’.
