Tie Down's Xi2 foundation system provides windstorm and seismic protection for your home on ground, concrete, or asphalt. The lateral and longitudinal components easily combine to address both wind and seismic loads imposed on all four sides of your home. This would cover wind elements for wind zones I, II, & III. The Xi2 system can be used with single and double stack block configurations as well as steel pier options, with easy installation on I-beams, C-beams, and CR-beams.
