The process is straightforward: effortlessly push the strap's end between the inside of the frame "I" beam and the floor. Position the buckle at the upper end of the "I" beam frame, then wrap the strap around the beam and thread its end through the slot in the buckle. A simple pull secures the strap, keeping the buckle in place for added stability. Choose the perfect length for your project with options ranging from 7 to 16 ft. Available in convenient quantities, you can opt for boxes containing 30 or 50 kits or bundles of 8 kits each. With Tie Down's Frame Tie with Buckle, you're equipped with a smart solution that streamlines installation, saving you time and effort while ensuring a dependable connection to the frame.

These shims excel in filling gaps and securing piers between the pier plate and main beam, ensuring a solid and level foundation for your structure. Precision is paramount. Whether it's leveling your home or bridging gaps between the base of the main beam and the top of the pier cap, our ABS Shims/Wedges deliver the perfect solution. Installation is straightforward and hassle-free. Following the placement of an 8" x 8" x 16" concrete block atop pier footings, determine the gap size between the pier and beam. This measurement dictates the number and size of shims required (minimum of 2 inches), maintaining a clearance of less than 1 inch between pier top and beam bottom. Our shims can be double-stacked—2 inches on 2 inches or 1 inch on 2 inches—to adapt precisely to your needs. For double pier plate stacks, conveniently position two cap plates side by side. ABS Shims/Wedges must be used in pairs, ensuring a reliable and uniform support system for your pier structure. Fully approved for use by HUD 3285.312(3), attesting to their superior quality and adherence to industry standards, our ABS Shims/Wedges are thoughtfully crafted from recycled ABS materials, aligning with environmentally friendly construction choices.

Crafted from robust 14-gauge steel, these sidewall uplift straps provide reliable attachment to wall studs, offering security both at the factory and in the field. The strap connector, made from durable 10-gauge zinc, ensures a solid connection. Available in two configurations, the G-60 tie straps come in either 14 or 12-gauge pre-galvanized steel. These versatile straps can be installed either to the floor rim joist or outer wall studs, catering to different anchoring needs. The assembly process is adaptable – either bolt the swivel to the end of the tie strap or slide the strap through the swivel connector and crimp it to fit securely. This assembly is available in various options, including a complete kit, swivel strap connector only, and tie straps only. Depending on your specific needs, you can choose between assemblies with a capacity of either 1,717 lbs. or 2,500 lbs. Each assembly includes a connector, strap, bolt, two washers, and a nyloc nut, providing you with all the necessary components for a secure and effective uplift support solution.
