Tie Down Safety makes returning our safety equipment easy. Once the rental is over your contract is over the day it ships to facility. (UPS?) or when you drop it off to any of our preferred distributing partners.



Tie Down Safety allows contractors to provide their workers the best safety applications available. We don’t pass on up-keep expenses and only require that the product be shipped back usable, so we are able to provide the next customer.

We thoroughly inspect all our safety equipment to ensure they are working perfectly in line with the product’s specifications. This, however, does not eliminate the OSHA requirement of a pre-use inspection that should be carried out by the workers that will be installing and using the products.

How to Order

  • Orders and reservations are accepted by phone or e-mail.
  • Orders can be placed anytime between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.

Tie Down accepts:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Cards

Cash customers must present a credit card for deposit.

For commercial rentals, a commercial credit application is required. Qualified companies, government agencies, and institutions are encouraged to apply for credit. Call your Tie Down representative for your credit application.
