2005 Tow Laws profided by The American Automobile Association. While the following is a guideline of 2005 towing laws for each state, it's advisable to contact state or provincial motor vehicle departments for specifics on each area you plan to travel through. You should also be aware that while this chart lists maximum towing speeds, these gernerally apply only to major highway.
