Xenon U.V. Exposure Testing

New poly vinyl rollers are long lasting, will absorb shock, are cut resistant and will not mark or mar your boat. Tie Down’s enhanced formula for PVC far outperforms traditional polyurethane products.

Tie Down's Hull Sav'r line of rollers, keel pads and bow stops are manufactured out of Poly Vinyl Chloride with Ultra Violet (UV) inhibitors. Independent testing confirms the superior performance of Tie Down's Hull Sav'r injection molded PVC product when compared to traditional poured Poly Urethane products.
